How Availability Requests Work


A customer needs a dumpster on a certain day and requests your availability and pricing. Hometown will notify you immediately and ask you to respond. Here’s what that looks like




        


If you've already enabled online booking, you're done!
We'll automatically send your availability and pricing to the customer by SMS and email, and make it easy for the customer to book.


If you haven't yet enabled online booking, we'll ask for your pricing and terms for a one-time quote.
We'll simplify your future one-time quotes by pre-filling the fields with your past responses. Just confirm and send.




Confirm everything looks good, then send the customer your quote.
