Can Reputation Management help me get more positive online reviews?

Absolutely!  You can easily get more positive reviews on review sites like Google+, Yelp, and Facebook.



How does it work?


Ask every customer to leave a review of their experience using our Review Generation tool, located in Reputation Management (you must have a Reputation Management subscription). The Review Generation Widget can be placed on any existing website with ease.



As soon as the customer submits a review, you will be notified by email. You can click the link within the email to view the customer’s review. You then decide to publish the review or not. The choice is yours, always. Collecting reviews aren't worth much if other potential customers cannot see them. Therefore, we created a Review Display Widget that allows your reviews to be displayed on your own website.




Lastly, when a consumer leaves a positive review (3 or 4 star) using Review Generation, the Reviews Page encourages them to share their feedback on other review sites. These links will take the reviewer directly to the reviews section of that listing. Note: This only applies to Facebook, Yelp, and Google + (the most important review sites).
